Warmer temperatures does all kinds of things to the skin. People are outside more often and that can bring its own set of challenges to skin care.

You will need to pay close attention to how your skin behaves in order to develop a skin care routine.

First, print another blank calendar from here, Blank Calendar Grids (Vertex42.com).

Next, write the words “Summer Beauty Care Routine” in large letters somewhere on the top.

Pencil in when you want to do the following: Cleanse, Moisturize, Exfoliate, Mask/Pack.

Here is a sample routine. Adjust this according to what your summer skin requires:

Cleanse: daily
Moisturize: daily; rosewater for daytime; heavier moisturizer at night
Exfoliate: twice a week
Masks/Packs: weekly

As you are updating your calendar, keep in mind what you may have learned about yourself and your skin: what you are and are not able to do, what your skin can handle, what it needs, how it feels.
