Choose the same day each week to plan a week’s worth of breakfast, lunch, and dinner for your family.

And tuck previous menus away in a safe place. That way, you can bring them out again when planning current or future meals. It’s a real time-saver.

And now that Ramadhan is right around the corner, aren’t you glad you saved all those menus? I certainly plan to put mine to good use! How about you?

Prophet Muhammad never criticized food at all.

If he liked it, he would eat it, and if he did not like it, he would leave it and not say anything.

Or he would say, “I do not feel like eating this.”
