My Dears,

The ability to be creative and unconventional is a great asset as long as doing so falls within the bounds of religious norms and laws.

Take the paper clamp, for example. Though intended for the workplace or school, it has many uses in the kitchen (our office).

I use a storage container wide enough and tall enough to hold a plastic freezer bag. I place the bag inside the container.

Then I secure the bag to the container using the clamp.

This helps me be able to easily measure and pour homemade chicken stock into a bag for freezing without making a mess.

Remember to use this helpful hint, Color Dots in the Kitchen, to label the bag.
