Mondays are reminders to plan out on paper 3 meals a day for the upcoming 7 days.

You can do your menu planning on any day of the week. The important thing is to be consistent and to get it done the same day each week.

The routine is: plan, make list, go shopping/garden-picking. Simple but effective.
